Dear Neighbors,
My family and I are proud to be residents of Winnetka. I earned my BA from U.C. Riverside, MA from CSUN and am a candidate for PhD in political science. Along with my educational qualifications I have also been active in local community issues since 1991 and have been an active member in the San Fernando Valley issues such as California Youth Authority and internship at LA. County Board of Supervisors.
I believe that with your help we can improve the quality of life in our city. I believe in the philosophy of urban renewal and in virtues such as family, faith and community, which can revitalize and refresh Winnetka. We can begin by addressing some basic issues such as safety of our neighbors and our children, quality of life issues, amongst which are clean and lighted streets, pothole repairs and etc. Together, we can have a powerful voice that reaches not only the City Hall but also the County, State and Federal levels of our government. I will work whole heartedly to address our issues with the responsible officials. I believe in creating and expanding wide range of partnerships with our local Churches, businesses, and community organizations in order to create and expand a strong, healthy, and vibrant community.
